Photoresist Spinners

Location: Upper and Lower Levels Cleanroom, Rooms 180, 054

There are several programmable spinners in the photolithography bays. Certain materials are restricted to some of the spinners in order to separate incompatible resists. A variety of chucks are available to accommodate a wide range of sample sizes. The cleanroom also supplies some basic resists and LORs.
